Terms & Conditions.

Thank you for choosing Danielle Kate for your graphic design needs. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Proposals

Proposals are free of charge and are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Any items added to the project after the proposal has been approved, will be seen as additional work and charged accordingly.

A deposit of 50% is required prior to the commencement of any work. The balance of the payment needs to be made prior to releasing all final files, including supplying artwork to printers and high resolution PDFs.

Invoicing

An invoice will be provided to the client for all work completed by Danielle Kate. All invoices are payable within 7 days of the issue date. Should the client choose not to proceed with the project once commenced, an invoice will be issued as ‘work to date’.

Danielle Kate is not registered for GST so no GST will be charged on the invoices.

Ownership of copyright over all concepts and draft artwork remains with Danielle Kate. Unlawful use by the client is strictly prohibited. Any unused concept designs remain the property of Danielle Kate. For more information visit https://www.copyright.org.au

Once final payment is made, ownership of the approved clients files will be transferred to the client.

Proof Reading

The client is responsible for proof reading all proofs. Danielle Kate will proof read all files before final files organised however it is the responsibility of the client to proof read all files.
