The Process

Discovery
A casual chat to get to know each other
It starts with a Discovery Call by phone, video or in person. This is where we talk about what you need designed and what problems you're trying to solve. It really helps me get a clear picture so I can quote accurately.

Brief
A deep dive to learn exactly what you need.
I’ll send you a Brief Questionnaire to understand you, your business, and your goals. If needed, we can also have a follow-up chat to talk through your answers and explore colours, fonts, style, and direction.

Proposal
A detailed outline of your investment.
This document shows exactly what you’ll receive. It includes my Terms and Conditions which needs to be signed and returned before the design stage begins.

Design
The creative process begins.
Once the deposit is received*, I’ll create and deliver your concepts. You have 14 days to review and give feedback. This stage is collaborative, refining and tweaking the design until it’s just right.
*Customers are required to pay a 50% deposit before concepts are started.

Proposal
You receive all your designs ready to go.
After final approval, you’ll get all the files and documents needed to start using your new brand. Full ownership is granted after final invoice is paid. I am always here to help if you need ongoing support.
